BSNL RECENTLY UNVEILED ITS NEW LOGO AND READIES WITH THE LATEST SERVICES.

State-owned telecom company BSNL has set the clock on right tide with the unveiling of its new logo-a symbol of trust and strength that stands for a national-wide delivery. The new look of the state-owned telecommunications firm has come at a very crucial time when it is preparing to roll out its 4G network all across the country. Along with the new logo, the company unveiled seven innovative services to enrich the customer experience and added flavor to its diversified services portfolio.

“The launch marks the dawn of a transformative era for the service provider, reaffirming its commitment toward providing seamless, universal, affordable, and accessible connectivity to all,” Scindia observed during the unveiling event.

Seven New Services

BSNL has launched seven new services in a bid to enhance customer experience and challenge modern challenges.

  1. Spam-Blocking Solution: BSNL boasts that it has successfully made its network spam-proof by using a tailor-made solution that does not only identify scams and spam messages but deletes them in real time. That would be a necessity especially in the age of flood of unwanted calls and messages.
  2. Wi-Fi Roaming: BSNL subscribers can roam with any BSNL FTTH or Fiber to the Home Wi-Fi network wherever they travel. Customers will be connected to the internet at all places without getting disconnected from the service.
  3. Live Intranet Television: BSNL has launched fiber-based intranet TV services by which more than 500 premium TV channels are available for FTTH subscribers. It meets the increased demand for high-quality entertainment delivered straight into homes.
  4. Any Time SIM (ATS) Kiosks: As the company tries to make getting a new SIM card relatively easy, BSNL has devised ATS kiosks. The machine helps to allow the self-issuance of SIMs, complete the KYC process (Know Your Customer), and activation in one spot; hence, going on to push it easier than ever for the customer to shift over to BSNL.
  5. Satellite-to-Device Connectivity: BSNL provided the country’s first satellite-to-device connectivity for SMS services. The satcom-based satellite-to-device connectivity service was available throughout the land, sea, and air as communication solutions to difficult and inaccessible areas.
  6. Disaster Management Network Service: Communication is one critical need in an emergency and hence, BSNL has come up with the idea of the single one-time solution network service, which is vastly employed for disaster management service. This will allow the establishment of communication lines at the time of emergencies.
  7. Safe Network for Mining 5G: The organization has launched a secured 5G network specifically to address the mining sector as the mining sector is highly dependent on technology. This would bring more efficient communication and operation to the most sensitive sectors of India.
